The Shenandoah County Fair Scholarship Pageant gives girls and women from across the county the opportunity to compete for titles that allow them to serve as ambassadors of the fair and county during fair week and throughout the year. The rules and regulations are aligned with those of the Miss Virginia Association of Fairs Scholarship Pageant, which operates in conjunction with the Virginia Association of Fairs Convention each year. Shenandoah County is proud to be the home of four former Miss Virginia Association of Fairs titleholders.
