Shenandoah County Fairgrounds

Entire Facility – $4000.00 per day

• $750.00 daily cleaning fee
• (Percentages of the gate can be negotiated towards partial reductions of the flat rate)
• Includes use of restrooms, grandstand, stage, infield and parking.
• Extra charges for additional porta potties, electricity, water, PA, tables, chairs


Shenandoah County Fairgrounds

• 300.00 daily cleaning fee

Open land and/or designated camping area – Negotiated by event – Minimum $25.00 per unit

Lilly Show Arena

Sharon Lilly 4H/FFA Show Arena – $1000.00 per day

• No A/C or Heat.  Bathrooms located 35 yards from the building.
• 100 ft. x 125 ft. – 6 Garage Doors & Concrete Floor
• 40 ft. x 125 ft.  - Side pavilion/overhang
• 12,500 square feet
• $300.00 daily cleaning fee

Exhibit Building 2

Exhibit Building #2 $700.00 per day

• $300.00 daily cleaning fee
• $100.00 per day heating fee
• Heat – No Air Conditioning
• Bathrooms located in the back of the building
• Must be concluded no later than 9:00 PM (Afternoon/Early Evening Event)
• Great for wedding reception, family reunion, graduation parties, birthday parties, auctions


Exhibit Building 1

Exhibit Building #1 – $350.00 per day

• $300.00 daily cleaning fee
• No Heat, No Air Conditioning
• Bathroom facilities located outside,  directly behind the building
• Great for yard sales, bazaar, indoor flea markets

• Transient Stable Rentals are $20.00 per night including water and electric (leave stall clean)


Complimentary “non dressy” tables and chairs available on a first come first serve basis with rentals in Exhibit #2 and Sharon Lilly 4-H/FFA Show Arena.

If any event involves food and beverage service the Shenandoah County Fair Association has the right of first refusal to provide the service.  If an outside vendor is approved by the SCFA we will receive 15% of the gross sales.

A security deposit, to be determined, will be due at the time of signing of the contract plus a deposit of 50% of total estimated rental fees is due when the contract is submitted. The remaining balance is due at the time of the event, unless other arrangements have been made.  If the balance is not paid in full within 10 days following the event, your security deposit will be forfeited.  Cancellation with less than 30 days notice will not receive any refund.  Cancellations with 31-90 days notice will be subject to a 25% penalty.  Cancellations with more than 90 days notice will receive  the full refund minus 10%.

Horse StablesUnless you have contracted with us for custodial services/cleaning fee, you are responsible for cleaning after your event. With any event involving livestock, cleaning consists of the removal of all bedding and manure from the property.

Custodial Services for social events, trade shows, concerts, etc are billed at $25 per hour, per custodian.

Custodial Services for events involving the removal of animal bedding and waste are billed at $40 per hour, per custodian.

Rental rates for buildings and grounds do not include any setup fees.  You are responsible for set up and tear down of your event.  If you require us to provide these services we bill at $25 per hour per person. Generally two people are involved in set up and tear down.

If set up and/or tear down involves equipment such as a lift or tractor, we bill at $75 per hour including the operator.

Minimum billing in all cases is one hour.
